Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect printed book, contact support with order details and a photo of the issue. A return, replacement or refund is considered after the merchant reviews the request and applicable consumer rights. An order may be cancelled before dispatch when processing status permits. Any refund, if approved, will be handled through an appropriate payment method. A UPI request showing “Pending Verification” is not proof of payment or automatic eligibility for a refund.
